D. rerio and convergent evolution in electric fish

Cleaned and searched through large amount of D. rerio transcriptome data with the aim to further confirm previous scientific work in electric organisms. Statistical analyses showed our data did not confirm the theory in previous scientific work. BIOL 469 final project.
